Let’s say you have $100 sitting in your savings account which offers you a “high yield” interest rate of 0.05%

Well considering that Canada’s Inflation rate was 4.7% in November 2021, this means you’re LOSING 4.65% of your hundred bucks’ value as it sits in the regular bank.

* Mary bought a few products, I profit $125 after expenses

* Ted bought a smaller reading, i profit $50

Income: $265 divided by investment: $200 Equals 32% return … 

Much better than letting it sit in a bank losing money!!
